1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 202pub Casino ("202pub", "we", "us", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the 202pub online gaming platform available at 202pub.co and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By creating a 202pub account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the 202pub Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to bonuses or events you participate in.

1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and contact 202pub support to close your account.

1.4 202pub operates as an online casino and sports betting platform regulated under the authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). All operations are conducted in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations in force from time to time.

1.5 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 To register a 202pub account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and play; (c) not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 202pub Casino or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, partners, or game providers; and (d) not be a person who has been self-excluded from 202pub or from any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.

2.2 Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 202pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

2.3 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account profile promptly if any information changes. 202pub reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.

2.4 Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-issued National ID (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), valid Philippine passport, or PRC Professional Identification Card. 202pub reserves the right to request additional documentation where the standard documents are insufficient to verify identity.

2.5 202pub reserves the right to refuse registration or to terminate any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been met.

3. Account Management

3.1 Your 202pub account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials — username, email address, password, or two-factor authentication codes — with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must immediately change your password and notify 202pub support. 202pub will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate password security.

3.3 202pub may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, where: (a) it suspects fraudulent activity; (b) it determines that eligibility criteria are not met; (c) it believes account security has been compromised; (d) the player is in breach of these Terms; or (e) required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law.

3.4 Players may request voluntary account closure by contacting 202pub support. Before processing account closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied, and any funds held in the wallet will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to the withdrawal terms in Section 4.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All financial transactions on the 202pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at 202pub's discretion.

4.2 The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your 202pub account.

4.3 Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 202pub wallet immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to process.

4.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking business day.

4.5 Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal. 202pub reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal where the transaction amount is unusually large or where identity has not been conclusively verified.

4.6 202pub does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond 202pub's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 202pub Casino offers various bonus promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-based promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, bonus funds must meet a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "25x wagering" means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times).

5.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, using bonus funds in a manner designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 202pub reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings and to permanently terminate the account of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 202pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of the modification.

5.5 Players are not permitted to withdraw bonus funds or any winnings generated from bonus funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 All games available on the 202pub Platform — including but not limited to casino slots, live dealer games, bingo, card games, and sports betting — are governed by the specific rules of each game and sport, as well as the general rules set out in this Section and these Terms as a whole.

6.2 All casino games on the 202pub Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by 202pub or any third party.

6.3 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's screen and the result recorded on 202pub's servers, the server record shall be the authoritative record for all purposes, including the settlement of bets and resolution of disputes.

6.4 Incomplete game rounds caused by disconnection or technical failure will be handled in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules. In general, bets placed on incomplete rounds will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's wallet.

6.5 Sports betting at 202pub is governed by 202pub's Sports Betting Rules, which address matters including bet acceptance, odds changes, event cancellations, and settlement procedures. In the event of conflict between this Section and the Sports Betting Rules, the Sports Betting Rules prevail with respect to sports betting transactions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 202pub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one (1) 202pub account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines or any other applicable law;
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game logic;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a third-party betting syndicate or accepting bets from other players on the outcomes of 202pub games;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Registering or permitting a person under 21 years of age to use your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 202pub Casino provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time within account settings: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (c) session time reminders and reality check notifications; (d) cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 1, 7, 14, or 30 days); (e) full self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, extendable indefinitely).

8.2 Once a self-exclusion is applied, it takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, you may not create a new 202pub account, and 202pub will use all reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing the Platform. Any winnings generated by play during a period of active self-exclusion will be forfeited.

8.3 202pub reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account at its discretion, including where it identifies patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling behaviour, without requiring the player's consent.

8.4 Access to 202pub Casino is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement exists pursuant to PAGCOR's applicable regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 202pub will enforce this requirement at the point of registration and through the KYC verification process.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 202pub Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trade names, text, designs, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 202pub Casino or its licensors (including game providers such as JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming) and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; or remove, alter, or obscure any intellectual property notices on the Platform.

9.3 The 202pub name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 202pub Casino. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The 202pub Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 202pub disclaims all warranties — express or implied — relating to the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 202pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including losses resulting from: service interruptions; game or system errors; unauthorised access to your account by third parties where you have failed to maintain adequate security; or any force majeure event.

10.3 202pub's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to 202pub during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 202pub's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by 202pub's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 202pub; or (c) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 202pub collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the 202pub Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 202pub.co/privacy-policy.

11.2 By registering a 202pub account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming administration, and the provision of customer support.

11.3 202pub is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and related regulations in the Philippines. 202pub may be required to report suspicious transactions or large cash transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the account holder.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 202pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address associated with the account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

12.3 The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their validity, interpretation, performance, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

13.2 In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 202pub Platform, you agree to first contact 202pub's customer support team to seek informal resolution. 202pub will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

13.3 If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or, where applicable, referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

13.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
